Worked example
A role with 400 applicants, 20 advanced to screens, 8 to panels, 3 to offer:
- Rank all 400 → 400 credits
- Prep 20 first interviews → 20 credits
- Evaluate 8 finalists → 16 credits
- Analyze 8 interviews → 24 credits
- Total: 460 credits per full search.
A Growth plan runs two of those concurrently with headroom. A Pro plan runs five.
Thirty days. 100 credits. No card.
You sign up with name, email, password, and company. No card, no sales call, no plan pick. When you click the verification link, 100 credits land in your account and the 30-day trial clock starts. You get a sample JD and five sample candidates pre-loaded so the first evaluation happens in under two minutes.
At day 30, if you haven't picked a plan, AI actions pause — you can still log in, export data, and keep your account. Pick a plan any time and the paid allocation starts fresh (trial credits don't stack; we're not cute about that).

What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
AI actions pause cleanly — no overage surprise, no auto-top-up. You'll see a prompt to upgrade or wait for the next reset. We'd rather you choose than have a surprise charge.
Can I buy credit top-ups between resets?
On the roadmap, not day-one. For now, if you're hitting the ceiling regularly, upgrading a tier is cheaper per credit anyway: Starter $0.33/credit → Growth $0.25 → Pro $0.20.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Not today. Honestly — we're early, we're still pricing against usage data, and we don't want to lock anyone into an annual before they know if we're worth it. When we offer one, it'll be a genuine discount — not the "20% off if you sign for three years" trick. We'd rather earn the renewal.
Is there a per-seat fee on top of the plan?
No per-seat fees on standard plans — invite as many teammates as you need, credits are pooled at the tenant level, and the team decides who spends them. Enterprise plans with SSO and custom governance are priced against scope.
What if I need more than Pro (2,500 credits/month)?
Talk to us. Above that volume the conversation changes — we want to understand your pipeline, your compliance requirements, and whether SSO and custom RBAC are part of the deal. Email Jon directly.
How does billing work?
Stripe. Monthly. You add a card at conversion from trial to paid (or at any time during the trial if you want). Cancel from Settings → Billing at any point — no retention call, no "offer specialist."
Are prices in USD?
Yes. International billing through Stripe in USD for now; local-currency billing on the roadmap.
Do you offer a non-profit or edu discount?
